Is hypnosis safe?
Yes. You stay aware and in control the whole time, and you can open your eyes whenever you like. Listen somewhere quiet where you can close your eyes. Never listen while driving or operating machinery.
How often should I listen?
Many people notice a shift after the very first listen, and it usually gets stronger after two or three listens. Everyone is different, so listen as often as feels right for you.
